The target group of students: 

I offer these scholarships to international students from all countries. There are a number of scholarships for students from specific countries: Japan (3), Mexico (3), Palestine (2), USA (5). 

Master Mind Scholarship Worth and Duration: 

The Master Mind Scholarship includes a stipend of €8,400 plus a tuition fee waiver per academic year. Master Mind Scholarship holders pay the administrative registration fee only. 
The Flemish host institution may ask the candidate for a maximum registration fee of €115.80 per year for the academic year. 2022/23.
The duration of mobility is one academic year for a Master programme of 60 ECTS and two academic years for a master programme of 120 ECTS.
Eligibility for admission to a higher education institution in Flanders: 
• Students apply for a master's degree at a higher education institution in Flanders. 
• Aimed at outstanding students as the applicant must have a high level of academic performance and/or potential. The student has a GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0.
• The student has a good knowledge of the English language (please check the official website for the specific requirements)
• The student must be accepted by the host institution to receive the scholarship. Although the decision of the host institution to accept a student is made after selecting the Master Mind Scholarships program, this criterion applies.
• A candidate can only be proposed by one Flemish university. If the applicant has been previously selected by more than one Flemish institution of higher education, he/she must select one Flemish higher education institution to submit his/her application in the Mobility Online tool. 
• All nationalities can apply. The previous diploma obtained must come from a higher education institution located outside Flanders.
• Students already enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution cannot apply. See full eligibility criteria on the official Scholarship website.
